Everyone loves to hear stories. It is even more interesting and adds much flavour, if the story is all about ‘Rise and Shine’ with its true colours. Yes, Mr A.V.Ganesan’s life is an inspiring shade of life. He sets an example for honesty and hard work. He was born in the year 1955 in a lower middle class family striving hard to flourish. He started his professional journey at the age of sixteen, in Litho Press, Sivakasi. Being new to the field, he was trained in the technical aspects of printing for three years. In this three years tenure, he worked with Web Litho machines, cylinder movement. He handled the first seat offset machines which are Italy and German made. He also worked with product Polygraph all sheet fed offset printing machine. One and two colour calendars, labels, board printing were to mention in his training calendar in Litho Press.

New Arts Litho Press was his second professional workplace where he started his job in the year 1973. He was involved working with German sheet fed Polygraph Machine, 1 & 2 Colour printing Machines, which is used to give quality for printing products like Label calendar, Greeting cards, Art Board Box printing. Leaving the job for better opportunity in 1975, he joined, The Pioneer Press Pvt. Ltd., in 1976. This journey was a stepping stone in his career and a platform for a wider exposure. He handled all German polygraph machines, German Roland machines (2 colours), Single and four colour Heidelberg machines, German web offset machines, which to mention is the first printing machine to be imported in Sivakasi. The control and maintenance of all imported machines were a part of his job. Foreman mechanical engineering and installation of all new machines were his prime responsibilities. He had worked with Labels, art papers, calendars, special art boards, match box printing, greeting card printing and all board printing.
